Saumya Iyer comes with an Industry experience of 16+ years mainly in the BFSI sector. She currently heads the Learning, Development and Engagement initiatives with Royal Sundaram General Insurance Co Ltd and is passionate about Talent Management, Talent Development, Diversity, HR automation and enjoys conversations with business leaders in order to contribute to the org goals.
