Nandini is a dynamic HR leader with a proven track record of passionately driving real and sustainable change. She’s a HUMAN centred designer, a CHANGE catalyst with an EVIDENCE based OUTCOME focused mindset, armed with EMPATHY & CARE. She’s invested in creating adaptive learning ecosystem & building Inclusion capability; and advocates for humanizing data to co-create a culture of equity and inclusion in an agile and connected environment.

Nandini has worked for big corporations like IBM, Sodexo, Cummins and Boeing in various capacities, and is now with Hitachi Energy, advancing sustainable DEI Culture transformation across 90+ countries touching 42K+ people. With over 2 decades of HR experience spanning industries, people, and culture she’s engaged teams & talent at all levels to develop and execute solutions that serve to engage and retain key talent, inspiring collaborations, positioning customer centric organizations for success, and is focused on solving enterprise & organizational challenges that impact productivity, culture, and bottom-line results. She’s earned extensive background in Talent Management, Learning, OD, DEI, Culture Transformation, DEI integration in M&A, ESG centricity, Supplier Diversity, Policy making, Ethics & Integrity ensuring measurable outcomes for employees, shareholders, customers and communities.

A committed champion of communities, Nandini serves on cross industry councils. She’s been the Chairperson of CII - Indian Women Network (IWN) Karnataka Chapter for 2021-22 term and, has thereafter been a permanent member of CII – IWN Southern Region Council in leading roles for various pillars like Leadership Excellence, Branding and is currently leading Membership Engagement and Branding. In her individual capacity she’s partnered with many not-for-profit associations as a ‘Voice for Change’ working in realms of Social Justice, Climate, Human Rights and CSR. She’s a mentor to women on hiatus or in leadership pipeline; to students in campus to career transitions; and mainstreaming people from marginalized community.

She has many international recognitions and awards that substantiate her contributions in the field of HR and humanity. She is widely recognized for her Speech Excellence and Thought Leadership in advancing the value of DEI.

A double graduate in English Literature and Law, she's practiced in the Court of Law early on in her career, and also holds several professional certifications and accreditations in Psychometric Assessments, L&D and Project Management, with an operating experience in agile - Lean Six Sigma environment. Nandini missed her calling of a Chef but she never misses to cook up a palette of diverse talent pool and a storm in her narrative to shift mindsets, build inclusion and cocreating a safe workplace. She loves reading books, listening to music, follows sports and has a green thumb.

She lives her passion of leveraging differences and believes – “It’s not what you Gather, but what you Scatter tells what kind of life you have lived!”
