Jennifer Manchikanti has 20 years of experience across Talent Functions, with a focus on DE&I in the last 10 years. In her current role as the Associate Director for DE&I at EY GDS she is involved in the design, development and implementation of a comprehensive DE&I strategy that aligns with the firm's mission, values, and business objectives. She provides operational leadership on DE&I policies and practices for the organization.
Serving as a thought leader and champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, she drives awareness, commitment and accountability for DE&I initiatives.
